Cyclist in the Wind
Rich blue, hair swept by the wind.
A blue figure stands beside a bicycle, arms folded and hair swept into motion. Patterned fabrics, plants and lines in the setting animate the scene. This poster for the 1997 exhibition brings together the Beaubourg and du Chapitre galleries. Its large vertical format and depth of blue create a bold graphic presence, particularly against a pale wall.
